About us

Raising high quality beef whether it is breeding stock or freezer beef.

At our core, we believe in creating quality products that enrich your daily life. With a passion for innovation and attention to detail, we work tirelessly to bring you the very best. Our journey began with a Brian's Grandpa. He had a passion for farming and raising pigs. He also had 5 kids. When one of his daughters married, she and her husband had a passion for farming and pigs that later turned to farmnig and cattle. They were recognized as a Century Farm in 1993. They also had 3 kids. From those, 1 boy Brian (my husband) had the passion for farming and cattle. In 2020, Brian and I bought the family farm and continue to run a cow/calf operation. We focus on raising the "Workin Kind" of cattle. They will go to work for you whether you buy a purbred Registered Angus Bull or a heifer. As a family we enjoy team roping, so we have 5 head of horses and rope as often as we can. We also have 14 momma goats, that we sell kids to 4H and FFA kids mostly. One things that has been done on the farm for centuries is raising and feeding out freezer beef. We have learned over the years what it takes for amazing beef and are ready to grow.

The Process

** Whether cattle are purchased or weaned from our farm and entered into the feedlot, they are first processed, and started on a (hay)roughage-based diet. **Over the next 2-4 weeks, they are gradually introduced to energy grains and protein, steadily increasing to an optimal feeding ration. **From day 60 to 120, their diet consists of 90% cracked corn and 10% hay, consuming approximately 0.5% to 2.5% of their body weight daily. **Once cattle reach 1,200 to 1,350 pounds live weight, they are ready for processing.
